Delivery

Upon receipt and processing of payment, Desert Rose Racing will confirm receipt of your order. Items that are in stock in the UK will be delivered between 2-3 days and items coming from Meca’System in France will take 5-7 working days. Customers will be advised if items are not in stock in France and the timeframe of production.

Domestic orders will be delivered by DHL under the DHL Express Domestic service. For full details of the areas covered under this service visit www.dhl.co.uk.

There will be no delivery charge for orders over the value £200. Orders of a value less than £200, will be charged £9 for delivery.

Delivery dates are given as a guide only. Desert Rose Racing can not be responsible for delays due to Royal Mail or international couriers.

Refund and Return Policy

You may return new, unopened items sold and fulfilled by Desert Rose Racing within 14 days of delivery for a full refund. Postage will not be refunded. Items should be returned in their original product packaging. Post the item to:

You should expect to receive your refund within four weeks of your package being returned to Desert Rose Racing.

If a product has been damaged in transport, please contact Desert Rose Racing by email with the description and your details to info@desertroseracing.com and a replacement product will be arranged.
